Orientation Survival Guide - The Orientation Survival Guide is a guide put together by the staff of Transfer and Transition Services to better help students understand what they can expect from the UCF Orientation program. It contains information about what students should do before, during, and after Orientation.

Immunization Form - This is a copy of the Immunization Form found at the UCF Health Services website. All students are required to completely fill out and turn in this form before they can register for classes at UCF.
